At Contemporary Dance and Fitness Studio we offer classes for all ages.
You will find our classes for teens and adults listed below.

why dance?

  • Improve physical fitness: Dance is a fantastic way to enhance cardiovascular health, build strength, and increase flexibility. It's a full-body workout that doesn't feel like exercise!
  • Boost mental well-being: Dancing reduces stress, improves mood, and enhances cognitive function. It's a great way to unwind, stay focused, and boost your mental health.
  • Enhance social connections: Join a vibrant community of like-minded individuals. Our classes provide an excellent opportunity to make new friends and enjoy a supportive, social environment.

Level 1 classes

Our level 1 classes are designed for beginners and those with little to no dance experience. These classes offer a friendly and supportive environment where you can learn the basics of dance, improve your coordination, and build confidence.

Jazz 1*
Monday, 5:30pm - 6:30pm

 Modern 1*
Thursday, 7:30pm - 8:45pm

open level classes

Our open level classes are perfect for dancers of all experience levels, from beginners to those with prior dance training. These classes provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where you can stay active, improve your technique, learn new moves, or simply have fun. Our instructors will guide you through engaging routines and exercises tailored to accommodate everyone.

Intermediate classes are designed for dancers with some prior experience who are eager to take their skills to the next level.

advanced classes

Our advanced dance classes are for experienced dancers looking to push their skills to the next level. They offer a challenging and dynamic environment where you can refine your technique and develop your unique style while enhancing your physical fitness and dance knowledge.

Our fitness classes are perfect for those looking to get a good workout with some fun music. No matter where you are in your movement journey, our instructors will meet you where you are at, providing a challenge for all whether you're new, returning, or a seasoned pro.

Unless we receive written notice of withdrawal, students remain enrolled for the full season (September through June), regardless of payment plan.

Enrollment in 4 classes = 7%
Enrollment in 5+ classes = 10%
