Conditioning combines Yoga, Pilates, cardio dance, and high-intensity interval training principles to create a full-body workout. It is perfect for dancers as a cross-training workout or anyone looking to build strength and stretch their muscles in a fun group fitness atmosphere.

This class will feature classical and contemporary Pilates movement, incorporating cardio elements, and a fusion of strength-based movements designed with dancers' unique training in mind. We will always include a warm-up, stretching, and a cool-down to allow for muscles to activate in the most efficient way.
