Move / Make / Dance is a weekend intensive designed for adult dancers, college dancers, and teachers who are actively engaged in their practice and looking for a meaningful, movement-centered experience in community.
Held at Contemporary Dance & Fitness Studio in Montpelier, this small, curated weekend offers a range of classes in contemporary, modern, contemporary ballet, improvisation, composition, and repertory. Dancers choose their own schedule from multiple daily offerings, allowing for a personalized experience that supports both challenge and sustainability.
The weekend is grounded in a shared commitment to dancing fully - physically, creatively, and with intention - while maintaining an environment that is supportive, inclusive, and non-competitive.
Participants can expect:

Simple, dorm-style housing is available through Greenway Institute for those traveling from out of town.
$50 per night — Single room
$25 per night — Shared room (2 people)
Rooms are double occupancy with two twin beds. Shared bathrooms are located on each floor. Please note that linens and towels are not provided.
