At Contemporary Dance & Fitness Studio we have a long history of holding our end-of-year performances at the Barre Opera House. Below you will find all of the Performance details for our May 2025 Performance.

MAY 3RD - TO THE STARS BALLET REHEARSAL AT CD&FS FOR ISADORA'S BALLET CLASSES
​MAY 11TH - 14TH: TECHNICAL REHEARSALS AT THE BARRE OPERA HOUSE
MAY 15TH: DRESS REHEARSAL AT THE BARRE OPERA HOUSE
​                     FOR TO THE STARS, THE KIDS HALF, AND THE ADULT HALF
MAY 17TH: DRESS REHEARSAL AND SHOW FOR THE MATINEE AT THE BARRE OPERA HOUSE
MAY 16TH, 17TH, 18TH: PERFORMANCES AT THE BARRE OPERA HOUSE. 
​                                           Friday, 7pm. Saturday, 2:00pm and 5pm. Sunday, 1pm.
Teen Jazz and Junior Company perform in the Kids Half and the Adult Half.

We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance. If you plan to buy tickets on the day of the show, please arrive early.

Volunteer

Our backstage environment is a carefully choreographed event itself and we are always in need of volunteers for our dress rehearsals and performances. Volunteer positions include being on the backstage headset, helping out in dressing rooms, and sitting with students in the Balcony. Call or stop by the studio in March for more information and to sign up.

Where is the show?

All technical rehearsals, dress rehearsals, and performances are at the Barre Opera House: 6 North Main Street in Barre, Vermont.
Dancers should park in the back parking lot and enter through the ground level back door. Walk up to the 3rd floor, or take the elevator, to the lobby of the Opera House. Assistants or teachers will greet you in the Lobby and direct you on where to go.
