Contemporary Dance and Fitness Studio has been opening its doors to dancers, movers, and musicians for over a decade now.
​As we step into our new space, our rental availability and prices have adjusted with us. 

Rental availability

Studios are available on a weekly basis between the hours of 9am-3pm, Monday through Friday, and 1:00-3:30pm on Saturdays.
- We do not have Studio space available for rental during our scheduled weekly classes - 
If you are interested in holding a special event or workshop, contact us to discuss an additional administrative fee. 

STUDIO A

Located on the 2nd floor in the same space as our Lobby, Dressing Room, and Office. 
Dimensions: 24' x 31' 
Floor: Marley over cork flooring over concrete. 
Amenities: Sound system. Mirrored wall. Chalkboard. Fans.

Located on the 1st floor in Room 103. 
Dimensions: 24.5' x 39'
Floor: Marley over a sprung floor. 
Amenities: Sound system. Air-conditioning. Partial mirrored wall.

All rental fees must be paid in advance or on the day of the rental.
