Our Prenatal Yoga class is for expectant mothers at all stages of pregnancy. It focuses on promoting physical and emotional well-being through safe and supportive yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. With guidance from experienced instructors who provide modifications to suit your needs, you can enhance your strength, flexibility, and comfort. Connect with other expectant mothers, relieve stress, and prepare your body and mind for childbirth.

This class focuses on glute and core activation and arm and leg strength. Using Pilates and high-intensity interval training principles, it will help you build strength, stretch your muscles, and expand your breathing capacity. This class is effective cross-training for dancers and also suitable for anyone who wants a challenging yet fun workout experience!Class description to come.

About Us
Allison Mann has been teaching dance and movement classes since the early 90s, with focus on Afro-Caribbean, Yoga, Tap, and Jazz. As a latecomer to the study of movement and dance (mid-30s), she has a strong awareness and focus on alignment, balancing the musculature, and self-care. Modifications are always available. An inspiring and uplifting variety of excellent music supports an enjoyable class atmosphere.

John Lewis' classes rise out of his own movement practices - an ever-evolving hybrid of Yoga, Qi Gong, and tried and true PT exercises. A long-time bicyclist, John has found his movement practice essential to maintaining flexibility and joint mobility.
