This class focuses on glute and core activation and arm and leg strength. Using Pilates and high-intensity interval training principles, it will help you build strength, stretch your muscles, and expand your breathing capacity. This class is effective cross-training for dancers and also suitable for anyone who wants a challenging yet fun workout experience!
