At CD&FS, we have a long history of holding our end-of-year performances at the Barre Opera House. 
Please note that no student is required to perform in the May show unless they are a member of Junior Company or Teen Jazz.

MAY 8TH, BALLET HALF REHEARSAL AT CD&FS
MAY 16TH-19TH TECHNICAL REHEARSALS AT THE BARRE OPERA HOUSE
MAY 20TH - DRESS REHEARSAL AT THE BARRE OPERA HOUSE
MAY 21ST - DRESS REHEARSAL AND PERFORMANCE FOR THE CHILDREN’S MATINEE​
MAY 21ST, 22ND, 23RD - PERFORMANCES AT THE BARRE OPERA HOUSE
FRIDAY AT 6PM, SATURDAY AT 5PM, SUNDAY AT 2PM

How are performances organized? 

There are 3 "halves" to our show schedule. Each half performs twice.
The Ballet Half: Ballet 1 - Ballet 6 and Open Ballet perform in this half.
The Kids Half: All "Kidz", Jr 1, Jr 1-2, and Jr 2-3 classes perform in this half.
The Adult Half: All Jr 3/4, Jr 4, and Teen/Adult classes perform in this half.

The Saturday Matinée is a separate show and will perform once.
​PrePrimary Ballet, Primary Ballet, and Creative Movement perform in this show.

​OPT OUT OF PERFORMING

The opt out form for our 2027 show will be available in late 2026.
To opt out of performing in our May 2026 show, please contact us directly.
​If your performance fee has already been posted and paid, it is non-refundable.
