Monthly Tuition
For families who prefer smaller, more frequent payments, we offer Monthly Tuition Payments. Monthly Tuition Payments, due on the 1st of the month from September - June, are calculated based on a per-class rate. Students are enrolled for the full season, but may drop class anytime before the 1st of the month to discontinue tuition.

Session Tuition
For families who prefer fewer, larger payments, tuition can be paid by session—Sept 1st for the Autumn Session, Jan 1st for the Winter Session, and April 1st for the Spring Session—instead of monthly. Multi-Class Discounts:
Multi-Class discounts will be automatically applied when the same student registers for multiple classes. Your first 2 classes are full price. 3rd class has a 5% discount. 4th class has a 7% discount. 5th class and above has a 10% discount.

DROP IN CLASSES
Students ages 18+ in Teen/Adult classes may choose to pay for drop-in classes on a per-class basis or by purchasing a Class Pack.

TEEN JAZZ & JUNIOR COMPANY
For the 2025-2026 Season, Teen Jazz and Junior Company will have All Inclusive monthly payments. These payments will remain the same throughout the year and include company tuition fees, company costume fees, and performance fees. This does NOT cover our May show performance fee, costumes for other classes, or other classes' tuition.

- Annual Registration Fees for new families: $20 registration fee. $5 for each additional student registered with a maximum registration fee of $30/family.

- Costume Fee(s): $80/per Ballet 1 through Ballet 6, Pointe, Contemporary Ballet, & Open Ballet class. $65/per class for all other classes.

All outstanding balances will be automatically charged to the card on file after 5:00 PM on the 1st of the month.

PAYMENT POLICIES
- All families must always maintain a valid credit or debit card on file with us. We will use this card to process tuition payments according to your selected payment plan.
- If a payment is declined, we will notify the billing contact immediately.
- A second attempt to process the payment will be made on the 2nd of the month.
- Accounts that remain unpaid by the 10th of the month will incur a $15 late fee.
- Students will not be allowed to participate in classes if payment is not received by the 15th of the month.
- All accounts must be current for students to maintain enrollment and to participate in our May performance.
Refunds, withdrawing, & TRANSFERS
- Monthly Tuition: Written notice is required before the 1st of the month for withdrawals. Until such notice, a student will be considered enrolled in class and will be billed.
- Session Tuition: Written notice is required before the 1st day of the session for withdrawals. Until such notice, a student will be considered enrolled in class and will be billed.
- Tuition that is eligible for a refund will be 100% refunded minus a $25 administrative fee.
- There is no additional fee for changing classes. The following month's tuition with be adjusted accordingly to reflect any difference in class tuition rates.
- No refunds are given for classes missed by the student. This includes private sessions with teachers if notice is not given in advance.
- If CD&FS must cancel a class, a make up class will be scheduled.

Need based scholarships:
Contemporary Dance & Fitness Studio's mission is to help dancers grow in ability, personal development, and well-being. Scholarships are awarded to students based on financial need. Applications are due no later than AUGUST 31st for the following academic year. Any form and level of dance is eligible. You can find the Scholarship Application HERE.

Work Exchange:
