July 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th. 9:00am - 2:00pm
Intermediate Dancers ages 11-15 years. $275
Dancers will begin their day with a Contemporary Technique class before delving into choreographic tools, prompts, and exercises. The group will be divided into trios, duets, and solos in order to develop their own choreography through-out the week. Dancers will have input on their groups and full choreographic choice over dance style, music selection, and costumes. Over lunch every day we will learn about modern and contemporary dance choreographers by watching and discussing their work. On Friday we will invite friends and families to an informal showing. Campers should bring two snacks, a packed lunch (small fridge and microwave available), and a water bottle. Led by Isadora Snapp

Performance skills will be enhanced by the practice of learning and sharing neo-classical and contemporary ballet works.
